It's time to take a look at the standout high school performers from Stark County for the past week.

Your vote will determine who will be the SARTA High School Athlete of the Week for Feb. 19-25. We will pick one girl and one boy. Each athlete's credentials are listed above the poll — which will be live until 5 p.m. Thursday. The winners will be announced Friday morning on CantonRep.com.

Here's a look at the girls nominees, in alphabetical order:

Lily Belden, Central Catholic basketball

Scored 17 points in a win at Lisbon David Anderson in a sectional final.

Sydney Comer, Canton South basketball

Totaled 19 points, five rebounds and four blocks in a sectional championship win over Field.

Destiny Dulkoski, Tuslaw basketball

Scored 12 points to go with nine rebounds and five blocks in a tournament win over Mentor Lake Catholic followed by 15 points in a 54-50 win at Columbia Station.

Chelsea Evanich, Marlington basketball

Recorded a pair of double-doubles to lead the Dukes to a sectional title, grabbing her 1,000th career rebound in the process. She totaled 23 points and 16 rebounds in a 41-32 win over Girard. and 27 points and 16 rebounds in 63-19 win over Holy Name.

Brooke Haren, Louisville basketball

Set the school single-game postseason scoring record with 27 points in a sectional win over Chaney.

Serenitee Johnson, Lake basketball

Scored 20 points in a sectional championship win over Hathaway Brown for the 21-2 Blue Streaks.

Nina Shulik, Jackson swimming

Finished fourth at the Division I state meet in the 500-yard freestyle and fifth in the 200 freestyle, and helped Jackson's 400 freestyle relay place 12th.

Here's a look at the boys nominees, in alphabetical order:

Chance Casenhiser, Lake basketball

Scored 44 points in a loss to Mentor after scoring 24 points in a win over Fitch, ending the regular season averaging a Stark County-best 24.3 points per game.

Charles Curtis, Perry wrestling

Won a Division I sectional championship with a pin, helping the Panthers win a team title.

Jackson Eddy, Alliance wrestling

Won a Division II sectional championship with a pin in 1:05 in the finals.

Ezra Herring, Jackson swimming

Won a pair of silver medals in the Division I state meet, racing to a state runner-up finish in the 100 butterfly (49.43 seconds) and helping the Polar Bears finish second in the 400 relay in a school-record 3:05.55. Added a fourth in the 200 medley relay and an 11th in the 50 freestyle.

Kyle Monterrubio, Jackson basketball

Recorded what is believed to the be first triple-double in program history in an 89-63 rout of Medina, totaling 18 points, 10 rebounds and 10 assists.

Hayden Nigro, Louisville basketball

Scored 37 points in a 102-70 win over Northwest, as the Leopards finish the regular season a Stark County-best 20-2 and ranked No. 8 in the state in Division I.

Jadyce Thigpen, Massillon basketball

Scored 32 points in a 99-92 win over GlenOak followed by a team-high 16 points in a 73-31 win over John Adams.
