Brothers TD and Chayse Ierlan helped Victor's boys lacrosse team capture back to back New York state titles in 2015-2016. Now the duo will reunite in the pros.

TD and Chayse are set to reconvene as members of the Premier Lacrosse League's California Redwoods, after the latter was selected in the fourth round, 29th overall in Tuesday's PLL college draft.

Following the pick, TD offered a word of congratulations on social media.

"Congrats @ChayseIerlan, just make sure the water bottles are filled before practice," he said from his Twitter/X account.

Chayse is currently the starting goaltender for Johns Hopkins' men's lacrosse team. The Blue Jays are the No. 3 seed in the NCAA tournament and will face Lehigh in the first round on Sunday. He is competing as a graduate student, following four years at Cornell where he led the Big Red to the 2022 national title game.

TD, a faceoff specialist, was selected by the Redwoods fourth overall in the 2021 PLL college and is a two-time PLL all-star. During his collegiate career that included stops at Denver, Yale and Albany, TD set numerous NCAA records including career ground balls and faceoffs won.

The pair received a laundry list of accolades during their interscholastic careers at Victor.

TD is a two-time US Lacrosse All-American and was named the All-Greater Rochester player of the year in 2015 and 2016. He was also an AGR selection in 2014.

Chayse is a three-time AGR selection (2016-2018), a two-time first team all-state selection (2017-2018) and was named the 2018 AGR player of the year. He holds the Victor school record for career saves (573), wins (50), goals-against average (1.7) and save percentage (.953). He also led the Blue Devils’ ice hockey team to the 2018 New York state title.

The PLL is an eight-team field lacrosse league that debuted in 2019, with franchises various areas of the United States, including New York, Boston and Denver.
