Tennessee Titans betting odds, line vs. Cincinnati Bengals: Titans slight home favorites

The Tennessee Titans are 1-point favorites for Sunday's Week 4 NFL game against the Cincinnati Bengals, according to BetMGM.

The Titans' money line is currently -115, while the Bengals' money line is -105.

The over/under is 42.5 points.

Tennessee had its worst offensive output in 49 years, losing 27-3 at the Cleveland Browns last Sunday. At 1-2, the Titans have struggled mightily in two road losses to produce offense.

Cincinnati hosts the Los Angeles Rams on Monday Night Football and will play the Titans on a short week. Joe Burrow's status for the Rams game is up in the air due to a calf injury. The Bengals are 0-2 after two divisional losses to the Browns and Ravens.

The Titans and Bengals will play on Sunday on FOX, with kickoff set for 12 p.m. CT at Nissan Stadium. Cincinnati is 3-0 against Tennessee in the Joe Burrow era, including the 2021 AFC Divisional Playoff win by the Bengals inside Nissan Stadium.
