CASSANDRA NEGLEY: This is Cassandra Negley for Yahoo Sports. Number one seeds have won 10 of the last 11 Women's Tournament titles, but here are some teams that could buck that trend. Now, Regional 2 in Albany is absolutely packed underneath number one seed Iowa so there are some teams out of that region that could capitalize on the chaos and take it all the way to lifting up the trophy.

UCLA has Lauren Betts in the paint and controls the glass game in and game out. They also have solid guard play. That's a nice team to pick for a potential upset.

LSU plays through Angel Reese and Aneesah Morrow in the front court. They have Hailey Van Lith, who's come alive in the backcourt. They will need a little more guard play than we've seen of late to make this late of a run. They're a number three seed. But we saw them do this last year as a number three seed so don't count them out.

As for other places in the bracket, don't look over Stanford. When Stanford is at its best playing through Cameron Brink and Kiki Iriafen, it is nearly unbeatable. Now obviously, we've seen some lapses from them this year. They don't always have strong play from the perimeter, which doesn't help. But that could be a trendy pick.

And then let's look at UConn, which is funny to say that this is a team that could surprise people and make it to the Final Four. But this is not the UConn of old. They play through Paige Bueckers, a Naismith semifinalist, and Aaliyah Edwards in the post. Edwards should be available for the tournament run. They rely a lot on freshmen. But you shouldn't count out Paige Bueckers. They will have a tough go of it from the start, but don't count out UConn in March.
