Saturday, Jan. 20 NFL Playoffs predictions

Houston Texans at Baltimore Ravens, 2:30 p.m., ABC, ESPN, ESPN+, ESPN Deportes (stream with free trial from FUBO)

The Texans looked really good at home in the Wild Card Round, but playing outside at M&T Bank Stadium in Baltimore will be a much more difficult task. C.J. Stroud and Houston will put up some points, but won't be able to keep up with Lamar Jackson and Baltimore.

Prediction: Ravens 27, Texans 20

NFL power rankings: Don't dismiss Houston Texans, Green Bay Packers in NFL Playoffs

Green Bay Packers at San Francisco 49ers, 6:15 p.m., FOX, FOX Deportes (stream with free trial from FUBO)

Green Bay really impressed in its win against the Cowboys. San Francisco will be rested and ready for this one, however, and the 49ers' defense will be much tougher to score on for the Packers than Dallas' defense was. We expect a close game, but the 49ers will make a key stop late to preserve the victory.

Prediction: 49ers 27, Packers 24

Who will win 2024 Super Bowl? 49ers, Ravens favored before NFL Playoffs Divisional Round

Sunday, Jan. 21 NFL Playoffs predictions

Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Detroit Lions, 1 p.m.,  NBC, Peacock, Universo

The Buccaneers impressed in their Wild Card win, shining on defense and offense against the struggling Eagles. The Lions will be much more difficult to beat, but Tampa Bay and Baker Mayfield won't be intimidated by the Lions' crowd on their way to an upset in Detroit.

Prediction: Buccaneers 27, Lions 23

NFL Playoffs odds: Point spreads, moneylines, over/unders for Divisional Round games

Kansas City Chiefs at Buffalo Bills, 4:30 p.m., CBS, Paramount+

Is this the year that the Bills will get past the Chiefs? Buffalo won a close game against the Chiefs in Kansas City in Week 14, we predict they will win another close game against the Chiefs in Buffalo in the Divisional Round, with the Bills' defense coming up big late.

Prediction: Bills 24, Chiefs 23
