You never know what you will at a sporting event, particularly a golf tournament.

A local television station in Lousiville reported that a patron in the crowd picked up a snake on the ground and dropped it into a land of grass around Hole No. 2 of Valhalla. It wasn't the first time a snake got near the golf course on the weekend. A snake made its way onto the greens of the course during Saturday's contest, which was posted by the PGA's official account. Then earlier on Sunday, another patron grabbed a snake and put it back into the woods.

Schauffele currently sits tied at the top of the leaderboard at 20-under par with DeChambeau. If Schauffele can retake his ground, as he has a few more holes left to play on Sunday, it would mark his first PGA major title, and first win in a PGA Tour event since 2022, in his career as a pro.
