PREVIOUSLY: Indiana women's basketball can vault itself into the national spotlight and take the Big Ten lead when it visits Iowa on Saturday night.

The No. 13 (USA TODAY) Hoosiers (14-1, 5-0 Big Ten) have won 13 straight games, rallying from a 9-point, third-quarter deficit on Wednesday to beat Penn State 75-67. Mackenzie Holmes had 21 points and 13 rebounds, and Sydney Parrish continued her hot stretch with 20 points. Parrish is averaging 18 points, hitting 11-of-17 3-pointers, over her past three games.

No. 3 Iowa (16-1, 5-0) has also won 13 straight games and is coming off a blowout of Purdue. Caitlin Clark produced her second consecutive triple-double and Kate Martin added 15 points and 8 rebounds.

These teams split their games last season, with each team winning at home. Clark hit a buzzer-beating 3-pointer in Iowa City to boost the Hawkeyes to an 86-85 victory.

Mackenzie Holmes nears IU women's basketball records

The fifth-year post player has 2,193 career points, on track to pass program leader Tyra Buss (2,364 from 2014-18) in February. Holmes ranks third in program history with 883 career rebounds. Amanda Cahill had 1,115 from 2014-18.

Caitlin Clark nears NCAA women's basketball record

Clark averages a nation-leading 31.0 points per game this season, as well as 7.3 rebounds and 7.7 assists. Her 3,244 career points rank fifth in NCAA Div. I history. She's also fifth in career assists with 929.
