High-scoring duos and more: Vote for the High School Boys Lacrosse Player of the Week

South Shore Tech's Ben Tondorf has been voted the High School Boys Lacrosse Player of the Week.

The junior received nearly 10,000 votes to earn the honor. Tondorf starred in a 14-7 win over Blue Hills as he scored 6 goals.

And this week's candidates are...

Todd Egan + Ben Tondorf, South Shore Tech: Both Vikings had a pair of 6-point games in wins over Tri-County and Upper Cape Tech. Against T-C, Tondorf had 4 goals and 2 assists while Egan had 3 goals and 3 assists. Against UCT, Tondorf tallied 5 goals and an assist while Egan had 4 goals and 2 assists.

Brendan Cooper + Peyton Volz, Southeastern: Cooper (6 goals) and Volz (4 goals, 2 assists) starred in a 14-0 win over Cape Cod Tech. Volz led the way with 8 goals in a 16-6 win over Blue Hills.

Ian Barrett, Sr., Abington: Barrett had 3 goals and handed out 6 assists in a 13-4 win over Hull.

Brendan Tourgee, Sr., Canton: Tourgee had 6 goals and 3 assists in a win over Stoughton.

Lydon O'Brien, Jr., Scituate: The Sailors rallied from a 5-0 halftime deficit to defeat Plymouth South, 8-7. O'Brien made 15 saves in the win, including 6 in the final frame.

Jayson Kelleher + Shaun LaCivita, Bridgewater-Raynham: Kellher had 6 points (4 goals, 2 assists) including the 100th point of his career in a 13-5 win over Newton South. LaCivita made 15 saves in a 6-5 win over Nauset.

Cole Jenkins, Soph., Plymouth North: Jenkins won 25 of 28 faceoffs in a 13-12 win over Quincy/North Quincy.

Colin Hulett, Sr., Duxbury: Hulett tallied 5 goals, none bigger than the overtime winner to lift the Dragons to a 9-8 win over Hingham.

Tyler Smith, Fr., Holliston: Smith put away five goals with three assists for the Panthers (4-5) in a 14-5 win over Dedham.

Nick Valoras, Sr., Blackstone Valley Tech: Valoras produced seven points with a hat trick and four assists for the Beavers in an 18-2 win over Assabet. He also scored five goals with three assists in an 18-7 victory over Shepherd Hill.

Ben Yosca, Jr., Algonquin: Yosca scored three goals in an 11-1 win over Westborough and pumped in four goals in a 12-3 win over Leominster, including the 100th of his career.
