Florida State receiver Vandrevius Jacobs enters transfer portal after one season

The transfer portal is open and college football players are on the move.

Florida State lost one Tuesday.

Wide receiver Vandrevius Jacobs, who played one season with the Seminoles, is the latest to enter the portal.

Jacobs appeared in five games last season and recorded three catches for 60 yards and a touchdown.

Jacobs caught the only touchdown pass made in the last play of the Spring Showcase. With the depth in the wide receiver position, it is unlikely Jacobs will see a significant role in FSU's offense.

Jacobs was a four-star prospect out of Vero Beach High School. The Fort Pierce native was ranked No. 26 in the country by 247 Sports and No. 30 by On3.

FSU football has added DJ Uiagalelei, Marvin Jones Jr. in transfer portal

The Seminoles have been active in the portal in the winter period and prior to spring practice.

FSU signed 15 players in the portal, including DJ Uiagalelei, Malik Benson, and Marvin Jones Jr. Of course, the Seminoles lost players to the portal as well.

Before the showcase, Greedy Vance Jr. entered the portal with one more year left of his eligibility. Walk-on defensive back Jaden Floyd announced on his social media page that he will also enter the portal on Sunday. Floyd is the son of former FSU fullback William Floyd.

There will be a 15-day window for the spring, so players will be coming and going after the conclusion of spring football.
