Ducks miss out on NCAA Tournament bid, destined for WNIT

The Oregon Ducks made a strong push for an NCAA Tournament bid late in the season, but ultimately they were unable to improve their stock enough to get an invite to the big dance.

What started out as a promising season for Kelly Graves and the Ducks quickly turned sour. At one point down the stretch, Oregon lost 7 straight games, and 9-of-10. They turned things around at the end, upsetting No. 14 Arizona, blowing out Arizona State, and winning a game in the Pac-12 tournament, but it was ultimately not enough to get their resume in a good enough spot to enter them in the field. They finished the year 17-14 overall, and 7-11 in Pac-12 play.

The Ducks will find out later on Sunday night who they will play in the first round of the WNIT.
