Defending champion Brooks Koepka lurking just outside the top 10 at the PGA Championship
Brooks Koepka is in the hunt and lurking just outside the top 10 entering the weekend at the 106th PGA Championship at Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, Kentucky.
Koepka, 34, fired a 68 to move to 7-under overall and tied for 11th after two rounds of the PGA Championship. He's attempting to defend last year's PGA Championship title won at Oak Hill Country Club in New York.
Xander Schauffele holds the 36-hole lead at 12-under while 15 total golfers were 7-under or better when play was suspended Friday evening.

How did Brooks Koepka play at PGA Championship?
Koepka, a Palm Beach County native and Cardinal Newman graduate, took advantage of scoreable conditions to card 8 birdies in Friday afternoon's round.
He was loose, however, and gave back strokes with a bogey on No. 1 and double bogey on No. 10. He then sandwiched birdies on No. 16 and No. 17 between two bogeys to end his round.
