"Bettman and Byng" is the Friends spin-off the world needs.

No. 1 Star: Jonathan Bernier, Toronto Maple Leafs

He rocked a toque, and he stopped 41 shots, as well as two more in the shootout to give the Leafs a 3-2 win over the Detroit Red Wings in yet another incredible, beautiful Winter Classic.

No. 2 Star: Valtteri Filppula, Tampa Bay Lightning

Filppula had a two-point night, scoring the Lightning's first goal and assisting on their last as they topped the Vancouver Canucks, 4-2.

No. 3 Star: Tyler Bozak, Toronto Maple Leafs

Bozak scored twice versus the Red Wings. Once in the game, and again in the shootout to ice it. Here's the shootout winner from that cool overhead cam:

Honorable mention: This save was Jimmy Howard was fantastic:

Dishonorable mention: The Canucks played pretty terribly, but they were still in their game until they surrendered the go-ahead goal 3 seconds before the intermission.

Great shot by Kucherov.
