Rodgers expected to be out again

Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers is expected to miss the game Sunday against Pittsburgh as he continues to recover from a left shoulder injury, according to multiple reports. Matt Flynn is expected to start as Rodgers sits out his seventh game of the season.

Rodgers declined to say Thursday what his status was for the game, but he had yet to be cleared medically. Three media outlets reported Friday that Rodgers would not be ready to start against the Steelers.

The Packers are 2-3-1 without Rodgers and are 7-6-1 overall. Their final game is against Chicago (8-6) and the game could decide the NFC North title.
