Report: Von Miller turns himself in, released on bond
Bills edge rusher Von Miller turned himself in to Glenn Heights Police on Thursday, Rebecca Lopez of WFAA reports. He was taken to the DeSoto regional jail, where he posted a $5,000 bond and released.
Miller had an arrest warrant issued by the Dallas Police Department on allegations of domestic violence.
The woman is Miller's longtime girlfriend, who told police she is 6 weeks pregnant.
Miller, 34, was under investigation in 2021 by police in Parker, Colorado, but no charges were filed.
The Bills released a statement Thursday morning after news of the arrest warrant.
"This morning, we were made aware of an incident involving Von Miller," the Bills wrote. "We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this point."
The NFL also said it was aware of the of the matter and would "follow all legal developments."
