The Bulldogs, led by first-place finishes from Julian Jeong and Dylan Bentz, finished with 192.5 points. Chaparral took first with 269 points.

Bentz beat his teammate John Mancera by a 4-3 decision in the first place match in the 170 pound division. Bentz went 5-0 in the tourney, winning three of his matches by pinfall.

Mancera went 4-1 on the day, with all his victories coming by pinfall.

At 160 pounds, Jeong topped Roosevelt's Noah Vasquez in the title match by a 3-1 decision. Jeong won four matches by pinfall.

Shea Gabriel scored four pinfall victories in the 182 pound division before losing to Valencia's Alex Munoz in the title match.

At 220 pounds, Charles King went 5-1 in the tourney and claimed third place with a pinfall over Temescal's Canyon's Zachary Potter. King began the tourney with three pinfall victories before dropping to the consolation bracket.

Both Kamron Yamada and Jacob Hernandez took fourth place in their divisions.

Competing at 132 pounds, Yamada picked up to victores before dropping to the consolation bracket, where he picked up three more victories, including two by pinfall, before losing in the third place match.

Hernandez begane the tourney with three victories before dropping to the consolation bracket, where he won a match and then lost a 4-2 decision.

Dominic Tamayo placed sixth in the 152-pound division. Tamayo won three matches in the tourney, including two by pinfall.

The Bulldogs are back in action this week against Hesperia to begin Mojave River League action.
