LSU women’s basketball announces 2023-24 SEC schedule

LSU’s women’s basketball team enters the 2023-24 season looking to repeat as national champions after capturing the title in the second season under coach Kim Mulkey.

Now, the Tigers know their full slate of games for the upcoming campaign.

LSU’s non-conference schedule had already been released, and on Wednesday, the SEC released the full slate of conference games for the season, as well.

The Tigers’ schedule is headlined by a home game against South Carolina, which was one of just two losses LSU suffered last season. The team will also face Texas A&M, Auburn and Alabama two times in a home-and-home.

LSU enters the year with another loaded roster and high expectations. Stars from last year’s team are back in Angel Reese and Flau'Jae Johnson, and the team also added a pair of All-American transfers in Hailey Van Lith and Aneesah Morrow as Mulkey prepares to push for championship No. 5 in her career.
