The 5-6 senior received 51% of the vote or 13,486 total votes.
This season he is averaging 13.8 points per game and 4.5 rebounds per game.

More than 26,000 people voted in this week’s poll as Artesia’s Lorin Wagner finished second.
The 6-foot senior post for the Lady Bulldogs had 46% or 12,051 votes.
