Here are the latest girls' lacrosse rankings for the Bucks County area

There have been a couple of changes in our rankings of the top Bucks County area high school girls' lacrosse teams since our last rankings.

Here's how we see things now (through April 15):

1. Germantown Academy (1-4)

The Patriots just finished a rugged three-game stretch against Episcopal Academy, Penn Charter and Springside Chestnut Hill Academy.

2. Pennsbury (5-3-1)

It's way too early to call the Suburban One League National Conference a two-team race between the Falcons and Pennridge.

3. Pennridge (6-2)

The Rams are riding a three-game winning streak and have a big game Saturday against tough Radnor.

4. Upper Moreland (8-1)

The Golden Bears, a PIAA Class 2A program, have only lost to Class 3A Pennridge.

5. Central Bucks West (5-2)

The Bucks host No. 6 Council Rock North on Wednesday (7 p.m.).

6. Council Rock North (4-1)

The Indians have a big test when they play at No. 5 Central Bucks West on Wednesday (7 p.m.).

7. Abington (4-3)

The Ghosts are a nifty 3-1 thus far in SOL American Conference play.

8. Archbishop Wood (4-0)

The Vikings have scored 74 goals in their four Philadelphia Catholic League games.

9. Central Bucks South (4-3)

The Titans jump into the rankings for the first time.

10. Central Bucks East (4-3)

Like the Titans, the Patriots earn a spot in the rankings for the first time.

Others to watch: Bensalem, Council Rock South.
