IU football leading WR Cam Camper injured vs. Indiana State

BLOOMINGTON -- Indiana wide receiver Cam Camper suffered a right knee injury near the end of the first half of IU’s Week 2 matchup against Indiana State. The senior wideout caught a pass from Brendan Sorsby and limped toward the sideline as Indiana State defensive lineman Juju Williams also laid on the ground injured.

Camper was not on the field to end an Indiana drive that ended in a field goal and was receiving attention from IU's medical staff and was ruled out for the remainder of the game.

Camper had three receptions for 37 yards in the first half, including a grab where he fully extended his body. The 6-2 receiver is in his second season with the Hoosiers after leading the team with 46 catches and 569 receiving yards in 2022.
