Ashley's Cooper Wert named StarNews Athlete of the Week
Bringing in 44% of the fan vote, Ashley lacrosse player Cooper Wert is the StarNews Athlete of the Week.
Wert was electric last week, scoring 12 goals and providing four assists in two Screaming Eagles victories. The junior has scored 33 goals and provided 15 assists across nine games this season as Ashley's top-scoring threat.
