High School Boys Basketball Playoffs: See boys matchups, scores, recaps from tournaments
It's league championship time again in boys basketball. That means teams in Bucks County and Eastern Montgomery County are competing for titles in the Suburban One League and Philadelphia Catholic League.

Suburban One League Tournament
Final, Feb. 14
No. 1 Upper Dublin 49, No. 6 CB West 43: The Bucks made a furious rally after trailing by 10 points at halftime but couldn't overcome Upper Dublin. CB West, which was 6-1 in its previous seven games, received 17 points from senior Julian Phillips and 15 from junior Roman Kulesa. The 22-3 Cardinals won their 13th game in a row, with juniors Ryan Mulroy and Idris Rines scoring 13 and 11, respectively.
West (18-7) was trying to beat a third straight Suburban One League champion after downing SOL Patriot champ Bensalem and SOL Colonial champion CB East in the first two rounds. UD won the Liberty Division. Upper Dublin head coach Derek Brooks used to be an assistant on CB West head coach Adam Sherman's staff.

Semifinals, Feb. 11
No. 1 Upper Dublin 58, No. 5 Abington 41: Upper Dublin advanced to the championship game with its victory. Junior Jake Manigault was 18-6 Abington's high scorer with 10 points. Juniors Ryan Mulroy and Idris Rines paced the 21-3 Cardinals with 12 points apiece. UD won 62-52 and 61-58 when the teams met during the regular season.
No. 6 Central Bucks West 59, No. 2 Central Bucks East 49: The Bucks won the third meeting between the intradistrict rivals after the teams split two regular-season matchups. Senior Julian Phillips led 18-6 West with 17 points and junior Roman Kulesa added 14. Senior Jake Cummiskey had 13 points and Dhruv Mukund 11 for the Patriots (also 18-6).
East took the first regular-season game 55-49 behind 13 points apiece from seniors Jake Cummiskey and senior Dhruv Mukund, while West prevailed in the most recent matchup 67-61 with senior Matt Engle scoring 20 points and senior Julian Phillips right behind at 19. The Patriots have won the SOL Colonial in each of the past four seasons.
First round, Feb. 9
No. 1 Upper Dublin 73, No. 8 Neshaminy 46: Red-hot Upper Dublin, which is the only 5A team in the tourney, proved too much for Neshaminy. Senior Nate Townsend was high scorer for Neshaminy (15-8) with 16 points and freshman Logan Gale finished with 11. The 20-3 Cardinals, who won the Suburban One League Liberty Division for their first outright title since 2001-02, received 15 points from senior Chris Kohlbrenner.
No. 5 Abington 70, No. 4 Cheltenham 57: The Ghosts improved to 18-5 with the victory over SOL Freedom Division champion Cheltenham. Abington (18-5) was led by senior Jeremiah Lee (19 points) and senior Aaron Jones (16). Abington also won the teams' regular-season meeting 72-61.
No. 6 Central Bucks West 56, No. 3 Bensalem 53: When the two teams met in the regular season, the Owls won 50-47 on senior Antonio Morris' 3-pointer at the buzzer. This time, senior Sam Jankowski's three-point play with 16.8 seconds remaining was the difference in the Bucks' taut 56-53 victory over SOL Patriot Division champ Bensalem. Jankowski led CB West (17-6) with 19 points, while junior Roman Kulesa and senior Julian Phillips contributed 12 apiece. Senior Noah Morris had 15 points for the Owls (18-5) and senior Micah White added 11.
No. 2 Central Bucks East 62, No. 7 Plymouth Whitemarsh 56: The Patriots prevailed in a rematch of last year's championship game. Senior Jake Cummiskey led East (18-5) with 19 points, with seniors Bryce Lolas and Miles Demby chipping in 17 and 13, respectively. A year ago, PW prevailed 68-40 for the SOL title.

Semifinals, Wednesday
No. 1 Roman Catholic 65, No. 6 Father Judge 57

Quarterfinals, Feb. 16
No. 1 Roman Catholic 71, No. 9 Cardinal O'Hara 32

No. 6 Father Judge 78, No. 3 Archbishop Wood 71: The host Vikings were led by senior Drexel commit Josh Reed with 19 points. Junior Kevair Kennedy tallied a game-high 33 points for Judge, which reached the PCL semifinals for the first time since 1999.
Wood had won its last nine Catholic League games to finish in a three-way tie for first place with Roman Catholic and Neumann-Goretti at 11-2. The Vikings handled Judge 85-69 in the regular season behind 25 points from senior Jalil Bethea, the co-MVP of the PCL.

No. 7 Archbishop Carroll 66, No. 10 Bonner-Prendergast 51

Bicentennial Athletic League
Final, Feb. 17
No. 1 Dock Mennonite 51, No. 2 Delco Christian 38: Dock accomplished its goal of repeating as BAL champions. The Pioneers (21-4) received a game-high 28 points from senior AJ Washington, who earned tournament MVP honors, and nine from junior Justin Panaia. The two schools could end up meeting again in the District One 2A final. Dock, which has won 15 of its last 16 games, gave Delco Christian its only league loss in the regular season 51-49.
Semifinals, Feb. 15
No. 2 Delco Christian 81, No. 3 Faith Christian 53: Delco Christian advanced to the title game with another strong performance. Junior Ky Hughes led the 19-6 Lions with 16 points and junior Mason Paul added 10.
No. 1 Dock Mennonite 46, No. 5 MaST Charter 34: Dock, which has won 44 straight BAL regular-season games, led by 16 points (38-22) after three quarters. Junior Justin Panaia had 11 points for the 20-4 Pioneers and senior AJ Washington had 10.

No. 1 Dock Mennonite 62, No. 8 Collegium Charter 40: Junior Rob Sukaly and senior AJ Washington led Dock with 14 points apiece while senior Vaughan Martin added 10.
No. 5 MaST Charter 52, No. 4 Phil-Mont Christian 27
No. 3 Faith Christian 79, No. 6 Church Farm 63: Senior Tyler Forscht paced Faith with 23 points, with freshman Jagger Verbit contributing 20 points and junior Mason Paul 17 for the Lions.
No. 2 Delco Christian 68, No. 7 Jenkintown 48
First round, Feb. 12
No. 8 Collegium Charter 56, No. 9 Bristol 55
No. 5 MaST Charter 52, No. 12 Plumstead Christian 44: Plumstead tied the score at 42 but couldn't get past MaST, which won by 18 in the regular season. Senior Tobias Link paced the Panthers with 25 points and senior Jordan Eade had 8.
No. 4 Phil-Mont Christian 75, No. 13 Morrisville 57
No. 3 Faith Christian 79, No. 14 The Christian Academy 65: Senior Tyler Forscht and freshman Jagger Verbit tallied 26 points apiece in Faith's victory.
No. 6 Church Farm 48, No. 11 Renaissance 47
