Here's how former Bartlesville-area standouts are performing in college sports

Following is are reports on how former area high school stars fared in recent college action.

LAKEN CLOWDUS (Bartlesville)

Friends (Kan.) University football

Clowdus is on the final stretch of an impressive career with the Falcons.

During a recent 49-20 rout of Ottawa (Kan.) Clowdus rushed eight times for 68 yards (8.5 yards per carry) and a touchdown. He tore off a 31-yard run to bolster the attack.

Clowdus wasn't quite as efficient in a 64-20 thumping of Saint Mary (Kan.), but he still tallied a touchdown on nine carries and gained 13 yards.

BRILEY-ANNE BROWN (Bartlesville)

Harding University women's soccer

Brown continues to forge a memorable career.

During a 2-1 win against Northeastern State she blasted a goal from the left side, off an assist from Regan Thompson.

Brown didn't record any stats in a 3-1 thriller against Southwest Baptist.

Last season, Brown set a Harding women's soccer record by scoring just 17 seconds into a match.

Braeden Winters (Bartlesville)

Southeastern Oklahoma football

Winters continues to grow into a main defensive role with the Savage Storm.

In a 34-19 loss to Southern Arkansas, Winters racked up seven tackles (four solo), including two tackles for loss.
