As the San Francisco 49ers get ready for the Super Bowl, one company has hopped on the Brock Purdy hype train.

Toyota announced in a press release on Friday that it signed Purdy as the company's first national partnership with an active football player since its new vehicle sponsorship deal with the NFL back in October.

The former Iowa State Cyclone also received a new signature commercial with the company, which was released on Saturday. The 30-second ad will be played during the Super Bowl 58 game broadcast on CBS, according to the release.

Purdy previously signed a deal before the 2023 season to appear in Toyota’s regional advertising efforts across Northern California, and this new development will progress Purdy’s partnership with Toyota to a national scale, the release stated.

Former New York Giants Super Bowl-winning quarterback Eli Manning also signed as a national partner, according to the release, and the two "will appear in national content across digital and linear platforms and at experiences designed to engage fans and Toyota dealers."
