Chiefs return home to Kansas City after Super Bowl LVIII win

KANSAS CITY, Mo. — The Super Bowl champs are back in town!

The Kansas City Chiefs returned to Kansas City from Las Vegas on Monday evening after winning Super Bowl LVIII.

The team’s plane came into the airport with a Chiefs flag waiving out the cockpit.

Then Chiefs coach Andy Reid was the first off the plane, hoisting the Lombardi Trophy for all of Chiefs Kingdom to see.

He was followed by a slew of Chiefs coaches, and then stars like TE Travis Kelce and DE Chris Jones stepped off the plane.

Hours before, the team spent the night celebrating at a Las Vegas nightclub after their Super Bowl win. They hit the town late Sunday night, with Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes and TE Travis Kelce celebrating on the stage with the Chainsmokers as DJs.

Kelce and popstar Taylor Swift were caught on video kissing and dancing as the DJ played some of her biggest hits.

Mahomes’ wife Brittany Mahomes was seen taking off Post Malone’s Dallas Cowboys jacket and giving him a Chiefs one to put on.

The Mahomes family later jetted away to the happiest place on earth, Disneyland! Mahomes, joined by Mickey and Minnie Mouse, waved to fans from a float on Monday afternoon.

The Chiefs QB wasn’t with the team when they arrived back in Kansas City on Monday evening since the family was celebrating at Disney.

The next Chiefs celebration will be Wednesday in downtown Kansas City for the Super Bowl parade and rally.
