FAMU (7-1, 6-0 in SWAC) is up to No. 13 in the FCS rankings after its sixth straight win, 45-7 on homecoming day against Prairie View A&M. Quarterback Jeremy Moussa threw for 272 yards and three touchdowns, giving him 14 scores against four interceptions over the Rattlers' winning streak. Linebacker Isaiah Major had 11 total tackles, including 2.5 tackles for loss, to lead the tough FAMU defense.
The Bulldogs (4-4, 2-3) are coming off a 31-16 loss to rival Alabama State. AAMU has the top offense in the SWAC at 31.8 points per game, led by quarterback Xavier Lankford, who has 901 yards and eight TDs passing to go with 301 yards and five TDs rushing. Running back Donovan Eaglin has tacked on 431 yards and four scores.
