Boise State football lures fans with free ticket offer if Broncos win 2023 home opener
Boise State football is no stranger to creativity.
The Broncos play on a completely blue and orange football field. In the late 2000s, their football program became the go-to for trick plays that would catch the defense by surprise, most notably to win the 2007 Fiesta Bowl.
Now, Boise State is going back to its creative roots, introducing a new "We Win, You Win" ticket promotion on Monday for its upcoming season.
Fans that purchase a $125 limited-edition ticket to Boise State's home opener against Central Florida on Sept. 9 can earn a complimentary ticket to its next home game against North Dakota – but only if Boise State wins. Whoever attends the next game with the complimentary ticket will receive another one if Boise State is victorious again.
"Bronco Nation, here's your opportunity to attend all six home games for $125, that is a heck of a deal," said Boise State director of athletics Jeramiah Dickey in a statement. "We believe the 'We Win, You Win' ticket promotion will be a fun way to start the season and hopefully, rewarding as well."
The unique promotion runs through the entire season, but tickets are only available to purchase through July 24, and fans need to attend each game to earn any future complimentary tickets.

Boise State and UCF have played against each other just once. UCF won that 2021 matchup 36-31, but it was held at the Knights' home stadium in Orlando.
Should the Bronco avenge the UCF loss, Albertsons Stadium could well be packed with free ticket-holders for the Sept. 16 home game against UND.
