Franck Ribery slaps Daniel Carvajal across the face

Pep Guardiola said that he wanted Franck Ribery to play angry in order to be at his best against Real Madrid in the second leg of their Champions League semifinal and early in the match Ribery proved that he was maybe a bit too angry. A scuffle early in the match led to a showdown between Jerome Boateng and Daniel Carvajal. With Boateng putting a finger to one of Carvajal's cheeks, Ribery walked over and slapped him across the other.

Ribery wasn't punished for the act by the referee, but Real Madrid did get their revenge in the form of three goals to go up 4-0 on aggregate by halftime. And the way he's played in this semifinal, Ribery now has no one left to slap but himself.
