Bally Sports Great Lakes celebrate Terry Francona with hour-long special

Bally Sports Great Lakes says its own goodbye to former Cleveland Guardians manager Terry Francona beginning Thursday on the regional sports network.

The hour-long special “Thank You Tito” will debut at 7:30 p.m. on the channel and Bally Sports app.

Guardians play-by-play announcer Matt Underwood and in-game reporter Andre Knott take Francona through his 11-year chapter as manager of the Guardians along with reminiscences from throughout his career including stops in Philadelphia and World Series-winning stint with the Boston Red Sox.

Francona stepped away from managing the team at the conclusion of the season.
