All-American Bowl score, updates, highlights, commitments from high school all-star game

Despite taking a 24-7 lead into halftime, Team West narrowly defeated Team East in the 24th edition of the All-American Bowl at The Alamodome in San Antonio on Saturday.

Minnesota's four-star safety Koi Perich took home the All-American Bowl MVP after making a diving interception at the goal line and blocking a punt that moved Team West inside the 10-yard line early in the second quarter.

Clemson wide receiver TJ Moore hauled in two touchdowns and was Team East's go-to option in the passing game as they climbed back on the scorecard in the second half. Arizona four-star quarterback Demond Williams also had a solid outing for Team East, amounting two passing touchdowns and a 20-yard rushing touchdown.

Eight players announced their commitments live on NBC during the All-American Bowl. Alabama snagged two standouts in safety Zavier Mincey and running back Daniel Hill (both of whom have already signed), while the class of 2025's Devin Sanchez, the No. 6 overall and No. 2 cornerback in the class, committed to Ohio State.

Final: West 31, East 28

2:57 p.m.: The West will kneel it out the rest of the way and close out the All-American Bowl with a win. Minnesota's Koi Perich wins MVP of the game.

2:55 p.m.: The onside kick is recovered at the 37-yard line by the West.

Touchdown, East: Team West 31, Team East 28

2:53 p.m.: Demond Williams brings the East to within three, once again stepping up in the pocket and deciding to use his legs, getting around the outside and diving for a touchdown.

2:51 p.m.: A double-pass trick play finds the ball back in Demond Williams' hands, as he uses his legs to move the sticks one again.

2:51 p.m.: Williams finds Jordan Shipp who was wide open but falls down after a 12-yard pickup.

2:50 p.m.: Demond Williams is tripped up by Xadavien Sims for a 7-yard loss. On the next play, Williams escapes pressure and uses his speed to pick up a first down, diving forward to move the chains.

2:40 p.m.: On third-and-9, Owens' pass to Anderson is underthrown and the West will punt. The East is making a push here with just over six minutes left in the game.

Touchdown, East: West 31, East 21

2:33 p.m.: TJ Moore pulls in another touchdown, as Davila hits the Clemson signee on a fade to the right pylon. Moore is putting up an MVP campaign in this game despite the East's struggles.

2:31 p.m.: Davila has his best throw of the day on fourth-and-13 to Moore, who has put together a great performance in this once.

2:30 p.m.: Deshawn Warner delivers a big hit on Davila for a sack.

2:28 p.m.: Davila's low throw is corralled in by Jordan Shipp for a first down.

2:25 p.m.: Hejny's pass is batted down and deflected around, eventually landing in the hands of Ashton Woods for the interception. The East will get the ball back.

Third Quarter: West 31, East 14

2:19 p.m.: Nate Frazier is tackled for a loss of one yard to end the third quarter.

2:17 p.m.: An onside kick by East goes awry as West recovers and takes it to the 21-yard line.

Touchdown, East: Team West 31, Team East 14

2:10 p.m.: Off his back foot, Williams finds a wide open TJ Moore in the end zone. Those two have forged a nice connection and cap it off with a score.

2:09 p.m.: With the East in the red zone, Williams is sacked by Marquise Lightfoot who put a big hit on the quarterback.

2:08 p.m.: Williams steps back and finds Moore once again for a huge gain over the middle.

2:06 p.m.: Williams finds Moore on the move for a 7-yard gain.

Touchdown, West: Team West 31, Team East 7

2:01 p.m.: Daniel Hill, who will commit to a school in the fourth quarter, gets great blocking from his offensive line and power his way into a touchdown.

1:58 p.m.: Daniel Hill takes the ball up the middle for a 2-yard gain on fourth-and-1.

1:55 p.m.: Nate Frazier showcases his speed as he gets to the outside for his longest run of the day.

1:55 p.m.: Owens finds tight end Carter Nelson, who breaks a few tackles to move the chains.

1:53 p.m.: Quarterback Trey Owens takes over for the West.

Halftime: West 24, East 7

1:35 p.m.: The first half comes to a close with Williams finding Jeremiah Smith for an eight-yard gain.

1:32 p.m.: Hejny takes a shot to the end zone but is picked up by Zavier Mincey on a jump ball.

1:30 p.m.: TCU's Hauss Hejny delivers a nice ball while getting hit on third-and-7 across the middle of the field to move the chains.

1:28 p.m.: Jo'Ziah Edmond makes a nice play on fourth down to deflect a pass and force a turnover on downs. The West will retain possession inside East territory.

1:26 p.m.: Hecklinski is down on the play after being slammed down to the ground.

1:23 p.m.: Marquise Lightfoot hits Hecklinski as he throws and the pass is incomplete.

1:19 p.m.: Daniel Hill strolls in to the end zone to extend the West's lead.

1:17 p.m.: The punt is blocked by Minnesota's Koi Perich, and the West recovers it inside the 5-yard line.

1:15 p.m.: After a delay of game penalty on fourth down, the East will punt.

1:14 p.m.: On third-and-1, Chauncey Bowens is hit in the backfield and is short of the marker.

1:13 p.m.: TJ Moore makes a one handed grab with a full extension of his right arm on first down.

1:06 p.m: Marcos Davila is sacked by Kameryn Fountain on his first drive of the game and fumbles in the end zone. It is picked up by Jericho Johnson for a score.

12:59 p.m.: On third-and-9, White throws a back-shoulder fade to Terrell Anderson but the ball is underthrown and incomplete. The 39-yard field goal by TCU's Kyle Lemmerman is good.

First Quarter: East 7, West 7

12:51 p.m.: The East comes up with a big stop on third down after a tackle for loss from Eddrick Houston to close the first quarter.

12:48 p.m.: White throws a bullet to Courtney Crutchfield on a buttonhook route.

12:45 p.m.: White fires on the move to Christian Bentancur for a first down.

12:38 p.m.: Hecklinski's pass to Smith is picked off at the goal line by a diving Koi Perich, who's committed to Minnesota.

12:37 p.m.: Jeremy Hecklinski fires to Jackson Hancock on a screen play to move the chains.
