2 Patriots players finished first in Pro Bowl fan voting

Pro Bowl fan voting ended on Monday, and two members of the New England Patriots were at the top of their respective positions. Cornerback J. C. Jackson and long snapper Joe Cardona led all NFL players at their positions, as noted by NESN.com’s Zack Cox.

As a whole, the Patriots were well represented in fan voting. They ranked fourth as an organization in votes, trailing only the Kansas City Chiefs, Dallas Cowboys, and San Francisco 49ers.

Jackson has had a strong year recording seven interceptions. That puts him second in the league in that category. In the meantime, Cardona has been as reliable as they come. He has not missed a game since 2015.

As the Patriots look to continue their playoff push, both Jackson and Cardona should play vital roles in trying to help the Patriots get there.
