Taj Gibson: 'Starting or coming of the bench really doesn't matter'
Chicago Bulls big man Taj Gibson will likely have to come off the bench again with Pau Gasol in town, and a report from CSN Chicago indicated that he "isn't too thrilled" about it. CBSSports.com's Matt Moore pointed out that Gibson is committed to doing the right thing, so we won't likely hear any complaining from him. Judging by Gibson's tweet on Friday night, though, it seems he really isn't thrilled about stories concerning his satisfaction with his role on the team:
And that's Gibson. While he knows he's proven himself more than capable of starting, he never wants to place himself in front of the team. Even with Gasol and Nikola Mirotic on the roster, there's a good argument for Gibson continuing to be on the floor at the end of games. As long as that's happening and the Bulls are winning, he'll be fine.
