Where to Watch March Madness 2013 on TV and online: Your complete Day 1 reference guide

It's March Madness time, and that means it's time to begin scheming how to keep an eye on your bracket while working (during the day) or navigating your hundreds of channels (during the evening and weekend). Relax, we've got you covered. Here's the complete rundown of where to see the tournament.

Online: All games streaming on Yahoo! Sports right here, and also available here.

Television: Break out your channel guide, because this will be different for different cable/dish systems. All times Eastern.

First Games
12:15 (Midwest): #3 Michigan State vs. #14 Valparaiso.
TV: CBS; Announcers: Verne Lundquist, Bill Raftery, Rachel Nichols

12:40 (East): #6 Butler vs. #11 Bucknell.
TV: truTV; Announcers: Ian Eagle, Jim Spanarkel, Allie LaForce

1:40 (West): #8 Pitt vs. #9 Wichita State.
TV: TBS; Announcers: Spero Dedes, Doug Gottlieb, Jamie Maggio

2:10 (Midwest): #4 Saint Louis vs. #13 New Mexico State.
TV: TNT, Announcers: Brian Anderson, Dan Bonner, Marty Snider.

This will be the tournament's first look at Saint Louis, a fashionable dark horse candidate this season. Michigan State will similarly get its own title hunt started with what should be an easy win. Butler is a potential upset candidate, but then pretty much everyone south of #2 is in the opening round.

Second Games (times approximate)
2:45 (Midwest): #6 Memphis vs. #11 Saint Mary’s.
TV: CBS; Announcers: Verne Lundquist, Bill Raftery, Rachel Nichols

3:10 (East): #3 Marquette vs. #14 Davidson.
TV: truTV; Announcers: Ian Eagle, Jim Spanarkel, Allie LaForce

4:10 (West): #1 Gonzaga vs. #16 Southern
TV: TBS; Announcers: Spero Dedes, Doug Gottlieb, Jamie Maggio

4:40 (Midwest): #5 Oklahoma State vs. #12 Oregon
TV: TNT, Announcers: Brian Anderson, Dan Bonner, Marty Snider.

Memphis hasn't gotten out of the first round the last two years, so the pressure will be on the Tigers to get the job done early. Oregon is a surprising #12 seed and perhaps the likeliest bet for a Thursday upset. Gonzaga has the talent to be #1 but is still seeking validation; the sooner it can win the weekend, the better. Marquette has a long way to go to reach Atlanta, but the regular-season Big East co-champs are in prime dark horse position.

Third Games
6:50 (Midwest): #1 Louisville vs. #16 North Carolina A&T.
TV: TBS; Announcers: Ian Eagle, Jim Spanarkel, Allie LaForce

7:15 (South): #4 Michigan vs. #13 South Dakota State.
TV: CBS; Announcers: Verne Lundquist, Bill Raftery, Rachel Nichols

7:20 (West): #6 Arizona vs. #11 Belmont.
TV: TNT; Announcers: Spero Dedes, Doug Gottlieb, Jamie Maggio

7:27 (East): #5 UNLV vs. #12 California.
TV: truTV, Announcers: Brian Anderson, Dan Bonner, Marty Snider.

Louisville begins its charge for a title right here; expect an efficient dispatching of the play-in A&T. The Arizona-Belmont matchup carries a lot more intrigue than it did just a few weeks ago; Belmont might well take home a big-name trophy here. Michigan likewise needs to be alert to an early-tourney letdown against South Dakota State. Seriously.

Fourth Games (times approximate)

9:20 (Midwest): #8 Colorado State vs. #9 Missouri.
TV: TBS; Announcers: Ian Eagle, Jim Spanarkel, Allie LaForce

9:45 (South): #5 VCU vs. #12 Akron.
TV: CBS; Announcers: Verne Lundquist, Bill Raftery, Rachel Nichols

9:50 (West): #3 New Mexico vs. #14 Harvard.
TV: TNT; Announcers: Spero Dedes, Doug Gottlieb, Jamie Maggio

9:57 (East): #4 Syracuse vs. #13 Montana.
TV: truTV, Announcers: Brian Anderson, Dan Bonner, Marty Snider.

Keep an eye on New Mexico, which could be starting a strong sleeper run right here. If you can call a #9 seed an upset pick, this would be the place for it with Missouri. Syracuse could storm right past Montana without slowing down, or could be done before Friday arrives. VCU has the potential to carve a nasty path through the South.
