Zach Wilson gets support from LeBron James following loss

Jets quarterback Zach Wilson has been putting all the weight of Sunday’s loss to the Kansas City Chiefs on his shoulder, showing a sign of major growth in maturity as a quarterback. He has also been getting support from the all over for his performance.

Among that support was none other than NBA star LeBron James. James took to Instagram to send a message of support to Wilson.

“Helluva game kid,” James wrote in a post on his story. “You win as a team and lose as well as a team. One play doesn’t define the whole game. Keep ya head up high and keep pushing forward!! If it was easy, enshrine would do it!”

Wilson was hard on himself after misplaying a snap in the fourth quarter that the Chiefs recovered. The Jets never got the ball back as the Chiefs were able to run the clock down all the way and leave New York with a 23-20 win.

Despite that, Wilson played one of his best games of his career with the whole world watching. He’s been getting support left and right. Having LeBron James among that group should be a huge boost of confidence for Wilson.
