The World No. 1 is now No. 1 at Augusta National Golf Club.

Scottie Scheffler — who came into the week as the national favorite to win the 88th Masters Tournament — secured his second green jacket at Augusta National with a seven-birdie performance on Sunday in the final round to win the 2024 Masters.

With the win on Sunday, Scheffler has not only continued to establish himself as one of the best golfers in the world, but also joins an elite class of golfers to have won multiple Masters Tournaments: He is now one of 18 to have earned the title of Masters champion at least twice in their careers.

The 27-year-old Scheffler, who will become a father this month with his wife Meredith, has now won the Arnold Palmer Invitational, The Players Championship and the Masters all in the 2023-24 golf season.

Finishing behind Scheffler was PGA rookie Ludvid Aberg, who finished with 7 under par in his first Masters Tournament. Max Homa, Collin Morikawa and Tommy Fleetwood rounded out the top five.

Who won the Masters in 2024?

Scheffler won the 2024 Masters Tournament with an 11-under-par finish, beating Aberg, Homa and Morikawa. It is the second win at Augusta National Golf Club for Scheffler.

Scheffler logged seven birdies on the day, offset by three bogeys, to finish his final round 4 under in Round 4. He finished it with a walk-in par to seal the deal:
