Add another entry to Patrick Mahomes' seemingly endless list of accomplishments.

The former Red Raiders quarterback, now in his fifth year with the NFL's Kansas City Chiefs, had his name and college No. 5 unveiled in the Texas Tech ring of honor at halftime of the Tech-Baylor game on Saturday. Mahomes is the eighth member of the program's Ring of Honor. The former 10th-overall pick in the 2017 NFL Draft was also inducted into the Texas Tech Athletics Hall of Fame in a private ceremony held Saturday afternoon.

Mahomes led the FBS in total offense in two of his three years starting for the Red Raiders and finished his Texas Tech career with 11,252 passing yards and 93 passing touchdowns. He's already won a Super Bowl, been named the NFL's MVP and Super Bowl MVP, and been selected to four Pro Bowls as a professional.

The Chiefs have a bye week this week, which allowed Mahomes to return to Lubbock for the ceremony.
