How to watch Alabama gymnastics at NCAA National Semifinals: time, TV channel
Alabama gymnastics is set to compete at the NCAA National Semifinals with a chance to advance to the National Championship.
The No. 8 seed Crimson Tide advanced out of the Michigan Regional along with the No. 1 seed Oklahoma Sooners. Alabama and Oklahoma will meet the top two teams from the Florida Regional, No. 4 seed Florida and No. 5 seed Utah, in a quad meet at Dickies Arena in Fort Worth, Texas. The top two teams from there will advance to the National Championship round.
Alabama has some familiarity with its competition in the semifinals. The Tide have met Oklahoma and Florida twice already this season. Alabama became the first and only team to score above 198 against the Sooners this season when they posted 198.025 on March 17, but it was no match for Oklahoma's 198.775. In the Michigan Regional Final, Oklahoma outscored Alabama 198.4-197.575.

Alabama has fared better against the Florida Gators this season. The Tide defeated Florida on the road 197.575-197.425 on Jan. 26 and outscored them again at the SEC Championships 197.75-197.3. The Gators have caught fire since SECs though, as they posted 197.925 in the regional semifinals and 198.325 in the regional final.
Alabama missed out on Nationals last year in coach Ashley Johnston's first season, but she has returned the Crimson Tide to Fort Worth for the 39th time in program history in year two.
