Warriors fans break out 'KD' chant for Game 6 Kevin Durant tribute video

Kevin Durant may have played his final game for the Golden State Warriors.

But as he sits out Game 6 of the NBA Finals against the Toronto Raptors with the Achilles tear he suffered Monday in Game 5, he has a significant presence in Oracle Arena.

Golden State played a tribute video to Durant prior to tipoff, urging the Warriors and their fans to “do it for Kevin.” It featured Golden State players paying homage to their injured teammate.

Warriors fans fired up

The video got Warriors fans fired up for the elimination game and elicited chants of “KD, KD.”

More Durant tributes

The video wasn’t the only tribute to Durant on Thursday. Warriors guard Quinn Cook warmed up in Durant gear ahead of the game.

And Warriors fans were given commemorative towels celebrating their time in Oakland that included a special nod to Durant.
