Note: The eighth-ranked Catamounts (13-2-2, 5-1-1 AE) played to a scoreless draw at Albany and earned the No. 2 seed for the upcoming America East playoffs. They will host the Albany-NJIT quarterfinal winner in the semifinals at Virtue Field on Nov. 10.

Note: Pecor's second goal, on a Barron through-ball, pushed the advantage to 3-0 with 11:17 left in regulation to seal CVU's sixth straight title-game appearance.

D-II girls soccer semifinals

Note: Vincent capped the Green Knights' perfect 5-for-5 effort in the penalty shootout as the defending champs booked their spot in the D-II final for the sixth straight year. Montpelier battled back from a pair of one-goal deficits, but saw its season end at the hands of Rice for the fourth consecutive fall.

Note: Monahan scored with 5:10 left in the first half and then with 16:56 to go in the game for a 2-0 Milton lead. Mount Abraham cut the deficit to 2-1 late in regulation on Dufault's corner kick service that Underwood knocked in.

D-III girls soccer semifinals

Note: Love scored 30 seconds into the game and Merkel tallied with eight minutes to play in regulation for a 2-0 edge as the Slaters advanced to their first title game in 35 years.

E: Paige Rovnak 1G. Ashley Clark 1A. Adowyn Byrne 10 saves.

Note: Essex scored at the end of the first quarter and held off a South Burlington barrage of penalty corners until 5:25 left in regulation when Goyette struck for the equalizer. A few minutes later and from nearly the identical spot in the circle, Goyette buried the game-winner to send the Wolves to the championship.

Note: Champlain Valley tallied its first goal on a corner with 9:58 left in the second quarter when Everett dished to Oppenheimer, who fired a one-timer from the top of the circle for the opening goal. Marcoe battelled in front of the cage to add an insurance score for the Redhawks before the Terriers scored with 2:02 remaining in regulation.
