Brogan Hay and Christie Harrison-Murray have been called up to the Scotland squad after Christy Grimshaw and Hayley Lauder withdrew through injury.

Pedro Martinez Losa's side open their Euro 2025 campaign in Serbia on Friday, before hosting Slovakia on 9 April.

Rangers forward Hay, 25, has six caps while Birmingham midfielder Harrison-Murray, 33, has 80 caps and five goals.

Scotland, Serbia, Slovakia and Israel are aiming to finish in the top three of the group and reach the play-offs.

At that stage, the final seven participants in the finals in Switzerland next year will be decided across two rounds of matches.

"When you coach a team internationally, the expectations are to be successful and to qualify," said Martinez Losa.

"Serbia is a very difficult opponent. We expect a hostile environment. We are preparing from today for that.

"We have improved a lot. We want to be more clinical in the final third. Now is the moment for competition.

"We want to get the results so we want to use the experience and the best situation of every single player to make sure we can provide the best performance, the best situation for the players to come in."
