Trojans Wire goes on national college basketball podcast to preview USC-UCLA, discuss Pac-12 bubble

The Pac-12 bubble situation connected to the NCAA Tournament is of obvious interest to USC fans, but the bubble is bigger and more expansive than just the Pac-12. The bubble is a study in moving parts and constantly shifting realities. Conferences are not guaranteed certain amounts of teams. The conference record of a team does not automatically determine selection or exclusion from the NCAA Tournament. An 18-win team with lots of great wins and no bad losses has a better portfolio than a 23-win team with very few high-end wins and two bad losses. It is all relative, and every profile tells a specific story.

These are the kinds of things we are talking about on other shows such as the College Basketball Coast 2 Coast podcast with host T.J. Rives. Trojans Wire joined the show with T.J. to explore the Pac-12 bubble, preview Thursday’s USC-UCLA game, and look at the bubble situations in the Mountain West and West Coast Conferences.
