Tri-Valley and Frontier leagues pick their top players from 2023 spring season

Kadyn Sanchez of league champion Santa Clara was named the Most Valuable Player and Rosy Salazar of Grace Brethren was named the Pitcher of the Year in softball for the 2023 Tri-Valley League season.

Named to the first team were Yazmin Wiggins, Abriele Ramirez, Isabela Nava and Alehsandra Martinez of Santa Clara; Jennifer Garcia, Sydney Hornbuckle, Leea Martinez and Grace Bracamontes of St. Bonaventure; Grace Maguire and Madi Wall of St. Bonaventure; Danielle Bishop and Jasmine Guzman of Foothill Tech; and Tessa Johansen of Bishop Diego.

TRI-VALLEY LEAGUE BASEBALL

Zach Mora of league champion Grace Brethren was named the Player of the Year and teammate Hunter Watkins was named the Pitcher of the Year.

St. Bonaventure's Colin Donnelly earned Most Valuable Player honors and St. Bonaventure's John Muller was named the Coach of the Year.
