Timber Creek High School celebrated one of the biggest days in the history of its football program on Wednesday.

The Chargers honored three of their graduates who took a big step in playing on the grandest stage of all - the National Football League.

Tarheeb Still and Devin Leary both had their name called during Saturday's NFL Draft while Deion Jennings was signed as an undrafted free agent shortly after the draft concluded.

Timber Creek has had one player reach the pinnacle in professional football. Damiere Byrd has played eight years in the NFL, logging 76 games with five different teams.

Still was selected in the fifth round with the 137th overall pick by the Los Angeles Chargers. The defensive back had five interceptions and was a second team All-Big 10 selection at Maryland last season.

Still, a 2020 graduate of Timber Creek, accumulated 2,533 receiving yards in the Chargers' electric offense with 1,336 coming as a senior.

Leary, one of the best quarterbacks ever to throw the football in Garden State history, was chosen in the sixth round with overall pick No. 218 by the Baltimore Ravens.

Leary, a 2018 grad of the Gloucester Township-based school, was the Courier-Post Offensive Player of the Year in 2017 and 2018. He set state career records with 9,672 and touchdowns (105) along with single-season marks in yards (3,688) and touchdowns (48).

He played four years at North Carolina State before finishing last season at Kentucky.

Jennings, who played his college football at Rutgers, was signed by the Ravens.
