Where all 8 LIV golfers remaining stand after their third round of the Masters

Bryson DeChambeau holed out from the fairway on 18 to save a second nine that had him falling far from the top of the leaderboard.

The LIV member found disaster at the 15th hole and carded a double bogey on the Par-5, one he hoped to make up ground, and fell back a ways from leader Scottie Scheffler by the end of Saturday.

After a birdie at 14, DeChambeau had double bogey, bogey at Nos. 15 and 16 and he drifted further from contention.

The birdie at 18 certainly saved his tournament.

He finished with a 3-over par 75 to finish in solo fifth.

Only Joaquin Niemann carded an under-par round on Saturday from the LIV golfers, but even that 1-under performance only put him at 3-over for the tournament.

Cameron Smith, at 1-under par, is the only LIV member besides DeChambeau under par for the tournament.

Here's a look at how each of the eight LIV golfers remaining fared on Saturday.

How LIV golf members stand in the Masters 2024 third round

Bryson DeChambeau | 3-under (3-over on Saturday), 5th

DeChambeau collapsed down the stretch, but a birdie hole out from the fairway on the 18th might have saved his tournament. His 3-over par 75 wasn't ideal, but he's still in the running, four shots back of leader Scottie Scheffler.

Cameron Smith | 1-under (Even par 72 on Saturday), T9

Smith had a muted scorecard on Saturday, with a birdie on No. 3 and a bogey on No. 18 as his only marks outside of par for the round.

Patrick Reed | 1-over (1-over 73 on Saturday), T16

Reed bogeyed the final hole Saturday for a 1-over par third round. It was his fourth bogey to three birdies on the round.

Tyrell Hatton | 3-over (1-over on Saturday), T21

A double bogey at No. 18 capped an up-and-down day for Hatton but ruined what could have been a 1-under round. He carded five birdies and four bogeys to go with that double bogey at 18. All-in-all, he was 10 shots better than playing partner Tiger Woods.

Joaquin Niemann | 3-over (1-under on Saturday), T21

Niemann had a rollercoaster of a day with five birdies and four bogeys on the way to a 1-under 71. He goes into Sunday at 3-over and tied for 26th.

Jon Rahm | 5-over (Even on Saturday), T28

It was a subdued scorecard for Rahm on Saturday, as he had 16 pars to just one bogey and one birdie during his round. He remains at 5-over, where he began the day.

Brooks Koepka | 6-over (4-over on Saturday), T36

A pair of double bogeys late in the round did in Koepka on Saturday and not even three straight birdies could salvage his round. After a bogey at No. 8, Koepka had a double bogey and bogey at Nos. 11 and 12, respectively before consecutive birdies at Nos. 13, 14 and 15. He then doubled the Par-3 16th, bogeyed the 18th and completed his round at 6-over for the week.

Phil Mickelson | 6-over (2-over Saturday), T36

A triple bogey on the third hole was the undoing for Mickelson on an otherwise solid round. He had a bogey on No. 11 but birdies at Nos. 12 and 15 for a 2-over 74. He enters Sunday at 6-over par.
