Who: Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp vs. Indianapolis.

When: Tuesday through Sunday.

Series recap: The Jumbo Shrimp made a welcome return to the win column against Charlotte, taking four of six, including the last three. They stand eighth in the International League East, although only five games behind third-place Rochester.

Highlight: A six-run first inning is an effective way to start any game, and that's what the Jumbo Shrimp did in Friday's 10-4 win over Charlotte. A three-run homer by Jonathan Davis put an exclamation point on the inning.

Crustacean sensation: There aren't many Triple-A batters right now hotter than Jacksonville's Griffin Conine. The 26-year-old outfielder, son of former Marlins All-Star Jeff Conine, has homered in his last four games. So far in May, he's batting .429 with 10 RBI and a 1.408 OPS.

On deck: It's not every day that a pitcher with a Major League Baseball perfect game on his resume comes to town. Domingo German, who was perfect for the Yankees last June 28, is back in Triple-A baseball with the Pirates' minor league affiliates. There's also a local homecoming for reliever Chris Gau, who pitched for University Christian School and Jacksonville University.

Ballpark fun: Offbeat events return to 121 Financial Ballpark once more. The wackiness starts with Tuesday's Career Day, with Jumbo Shrimp staff members explaining their jobs to fans between each half inning, as well as Plant Based Night on Friday, played "on a plant based field."

Probable pitchers Tuesday: To be determined.
