Scott Moir is living the perfect life in PyeongChang
No Canadian has had this many weeks on top of the hill since maybe Toronto born rapper, Snow. The “12 Inches of Snow “album may have spent 7 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard charts, but Scott Moir’s Olympic legacy is borderline “World’s Most Interesting Guy” status at this point.
He’s everywhere, and he’s awesome. If there was a Brolympic gold medal, I’d give it to Scott Moir. And I mean that as a compliment, just in hopes that Moir reads this someday.

Above, he’s seen rooting for his home-country women’s hockey team, exemplifying with arms wide open and beer in tote (I’m assuming Labatt Blue), which is the classic pose of any sports fan pondering “what the [expletive] is going on?!” A moment that happens at least 20 times a game, probably even more so in hockey games, depending on consumption of adult beverages.
Who’s got two thumbs and is crushing life in PyeongChang? Scott Moir and his brewsky, that’s who.
Oh, I should also mention that Moir has a gold medal for ice dancing – and gets to drop smooth, vanilla ice-moves on the daily with Tessa Virtue:
Moves that even Patrick Swayze would slow clap and Swayze-smirk to, he might even slide an acknowledging wink in Moir’s direction. That kind of wink that says, “yeah man, I see you. Keep doin’ your thing over there.”
Seriously, not even a Zamboni driver is smoother on the ice than this pirouetting Casanova. If LeBron James is the king on the court, then Moir is the prince on the ice at the very least.
Even Leslie Jones agrees:
"Are they getting in trouble for how sexy they are?"@lesdoggg and @adaripp commentating on @tessavirtue and @scottmoir's short dance is everything we could have ever wanted. AND MORE. #WinterOlympics https://t.co/fmMl0C4Amf pic.twitter.com/ykkNvv7L5p

Keep doing you Scott, keep doing you. Beers and hockey are on me next time you’re in L.A.
