We do our best not to miss any fun moments from a college football weekend, but sometimes things — especially from the late games — slip through the cracks. This one, from San Jose State’s trip to Hawaii (which kicked off around midnight ET), was one of those. Thankfully, our pals at @RedditCFB had us covered.

After Hawaii took a 28-20 lead at the 9:00 mark of the fourth quarter, it kicked to SJSU speedster Rahshead Johnson, who already had two receiving touchdowns in the game. He received the ball by left hash mark, took it across the field, made a few guys miss and took off 96 yards down the right sideline for a touchdown.

Did you catch that? Once he made it past midfield, there were no Hawaii players in sight but teammate David Williams was right there running alongside him. The two hilariously celebrated with a high-five just inside the 20-yard line.

They then launched into a more choreographed celebration in the end zone with some other teammates joining in.

No. 28 Tysyn Parker would have walked into a perfectly good picture, so we’ll give the Spartans a C for execution there.

Things fell off the map quickly for SJSU after that. After Johnson’s touchdown, the extra point was blocked and returned 98 yards by Hawaii for two points. The Rainbow Warriors then capped off the game with a touchdown on the ensuing drive to win 37-26.

The win was Hawaii’s first in Mountain West play and improved the Bows to 3-4 overall on the year. San Jose State dropped to 1-7 (0-4 MWC) with the loss.
