The Minnesota Vikings have reached the second round of interviews for their open general manager position, and a Browns executive is on that list.

According to a report by ESPN's Adam Schefter, Browns vice president of football operations Kwesi Adofo-Mensah is expected to be in Minnesota on Tuesday. Kansas City Chiefs executive director of player personnel Ryan Poles, according to the same report, is expected to fly in the next day. Those are the two known finalists for the job.

Adofo-Mensah has held that title with the Browns for the past two seasons. He spent 2013-19 with the San Francisco 49ers, acting as the manager and later director of football research and development.

Four Browns coaches named to 2022 East-West Shrine Bowl

Four Browns assistant coaches will be on the sidelines for the East-West Shrine Bowl.

Coaching assistant and running backs coach Ryan Cordell, pass game coordinator and defensive backs coach Jeff Howard, offensive quality control and wide receivers coach Ashton Grant and offensive line coach Scott Peters were all selected to coach in the East-West Shrine Bowl, which is set to take place at 8 p.m. on Feb. 3 at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

All four will serve as assistant coaches while D'Anton Lynn of the Baltimore Ravens and Marcus Brady of the Indianapolis Colts serve as the head coaches.

At the conclusion of each regular season, teams nominate deserving assistant coaches who were reviewed by a panel that includes NFL Football Operations staff, East-West Shrine Bowl leadership and two members of the NFL's GEneral Managers Advisory Committee.
