The full NBA Christmas Day schedule is set to be released on Wednesday. Though according to Marc Stein of the New York Times, we found out three of the matchups slated for that day — and one of them is a matchup nearly every NBA fan has been waiting for.

The Los Angeles Lakers and Golden State Warriors will reportedly face off in Oakland on Christmas this season, pitting the defending NBA Finals champions against LeBron James and his newly-assembled squad in Southern California.

The Boston Celtics and the Philadelphia 76ers will play on Christmas, too, providing a rematch of the entertaining Eastern Conference Semifinals series last season. Stein also reported that the Milwaukee Bucks will take on the New York Knicks — who traditionally play on Christmas each season — at Madison Square Garden.

According to Chris Haynes of ESPN, the Utah Jazz will host the Portland Trail Blazers on Christmas Day.

The Rockets, complete with the expected addition of Carmelo Anthony, will take on the Oklahoma City Thunder in Houston, too, completing the five-game slate.

The NBA will officially announce the Christmas Day schedule on Wednesday afternoon.
