'Purdue Pete' dons Ohio State gear, jokingly films Michigan from Michigan Stadium sideline

While the Purdue football team lost to Michigan in significant fashion Saturday night in Ann Arbor, "Purdue Pete" got some "sign stealing" in from the sideline at Michigan Stadium.

The Purdue mascot was seen donning Ohio State gear and was "filming" Michigan during its win against the Boilermakers.

Purdue football already played Ohio State, losing to the Buckeyes 41-7 in West Lafayette, Indiana Oct. 14.

The NCAA and Big Ten are investigating Michigan football for allegedly stealing opposing team's signs through in-person and on-campus scouting, and recording video of those signs.

Connor Stalions, the Michigan football staff member at the center of the investigation, resigned his position with the athletic department. He had been suspended without pay since Oct. 20 after the NCAA launched its investigation into his alleged ticket purchases for several Big Ten games over the past three seasons.
