'OU is serious about the SEC': Social media reacts to Ted Roof leaving Sooners' DC job
NORMAN — The Sooners made a major change to their coaching staff on Thursday.
OU head coach Brent Venables announced that the program "mutually agreed to part ways" with defensive coordinator Ted Roof. After serving on Clemson's staff with Venables in 2021, Roof spent the past two seasons as OU's defensive coordinator.
